Mt. Fuji from Kawaguchiko in December

🗻 The autumn leaves paired with Mount Fuji are simply breathtaking~ 💕 Adding a day trip to Kawaguchiko to my plan was definitely the right decision 🎏 The red leaves contrasting with the lake and the majestic backdrop of Mount Fuji in December is truly a sight to behold ✨

🚌 Travel by bus from Shinjuku Station in central Tokyo to Kawaguchiko Station takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes, give or take 5 minutes (they are very punctual). A round-trip ticket costs approximately 950 baht 🎟️ It’s recommended to book about a week in advance as the bus is quite popular among tourists.

🏞️ Upon arriving at Kawaguchiko Station, you can continue your journey using a sightseeing bus. You can purchase a day pass at the ticket machine in front of the station or use an IC card to pay per ride.

📸 Recommended photo spots: Oishi Park / Nagasaki Park / Lake Kawaguchi Maple Corridor / Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum / Ubuyagasaki / Lawson (to the left when facing away from the station) / the railway tracks next to Lawson.

🚍 The return sightseeing buses to the station may be full due to the high number of tourists. It’s advisable to allow at least 30 minutes of buffer time.
