Japan|Last week! Fuji Kawaguchiko 2024 Red Leaves Festival🍁

Lake Kawaguchi is famous for Mount Fuji and autumn leaves. There are about 400-500 autumn leaf trees on the lakeside. The surrounding autumn leaf attractions include Oike Park, Lake Motosu, Lake Shoji, etc. For details, please refer to the map of red leaves above. Detailed introduction and transportation will be written in the next article.

The weather is too warm this year. Although the snow on Mount Fuji is intermittent and the red leaves are not at their reddest, the Red Leaves Festival in Kawaguchiko will still be held from October 26 to November 20. There is still one week left, so you can still go and feel the atmosphere~

The main venue is located near the walking path on the north bank of Lake Kawaguchi. There will be about 100 giant old trees along the Kawaguchi River, creating a 150-meter-long "Red Leaf Corridor". At about 4:30 p.m., the lights will be turned on, making the entire Red Leaf Corridor very romantic. There are also stalls selling handicrafts, souvenirs, food and drinks. There are special programs including monkey performances and taiko performances from time to time, and the atmosphere is very lively.
