A shopping and dining spot adjacent to Oishi Park

When I visited during the lavender blooming season,
the entire area was covered in Annabelle hydrangeas,
but in autumn, you can see Japanese pampas grass swaying in the breeze.

The grounds are filled with greenery and flowers.

The white exterior walls of the building and the cobblestone pavement complement the flowers, creating a charming atmosphere.
