A collection of hot spots in Shizuoka and Mt. Fuji

I will organize the best places to see Mt. Fuji, Fuji City, Fujinomiya, and Mt. Fuji, Instagram hot places, cost-effective hotels, and Mt. Fuji views that I saw during my trip.

I went from Tokyo to Shizuoka. It takes about 1 hour to get to Shizuoka Fujinomiya by Shinkansen from downtown Tokyo.

1️⃣ Mt. Fuji Dream Bridge

Mt. Fuji Dream Bridge is known as an Instagram hot place.

It is a place that makes you exclaim because the view is the same as the one shown in the Instagram video even when you see it in person.

The view of Mt. Fuji seen together with the overpass is spectacular, so I think it would be a good idea for those who are visiting Shizuoka or Tokyo to visit at least once.

2️⃣ Lake Tanuki
📍 Lake Tanuki, Inokashira, Fujinomiya, Shizuoka 418-0108 Japan

I visited Lake Tanuki by purchasing a bus tour ticket at Fujinomiya Station.

You can see the view of Mt. Fuji along with the lake. The view of Mt. Fuji over the calm water was also spectacular.

3️⃣ Kyukamura Fuji

📌 The cafe, restaurant, and hot spring of the ‘Kyukamura Fuji’ hotel were originally open to everyone, but from April 2024, they will only be available to hotel reservation guests.

It’s a cafe where you can drink coffee while looking at the full view of Mt. Fuji.

Since Kyukamura Fuji Hotel is a Mt. Fuji view hotel, it would be a good idea to stay there once.

4️⃣ Fujisan View Seven Eleven

Fujisan View Photo Spot, Fujisan View Convenience Store 'Seven Eleven Fujishi Yoshiwara Store' is a place I found on the way to Fujisan Dream Bridge.

Fujisan View Spot It feels similar to Kawaguchiko Lawson, but there are fewer people, so it's good for taking pictures.

I used a single room with a Fujisan view, non-smoking, and the price is less than 100,000 won per person per night, so you can see it cost-effectively.
