This time, I will introduce Mt. Fuji seen from various directions and spots where you can see Mt. Fuji.
① Mt. Fuji seen from the north
As a Shizuoka resident, I would like to say, "Mt. Fuji is definitely Shizuoka!", but to be honest, I think Mt. Fuji seen from the north has the most beautiful shape that resembles Mt. Fuji.
The photo shows Mt. Fuji taken from the shore of Lake Kawaguchi.
There are many tourist attractions around Lake Kawaguchi, and it is a recommended spot. There is also a "Mt. Fuji Gathering Monument" that collects stones from mountains with the name "Fuji" from all over the country.
The popular luxury hotel "Hoshinoya Fuji" is also in this area. I would like to stay there someday.
② Mt. Fuji seen from the east
Next is Mt. Fuji seen from the east.
The peak looks flat, and it has a shape like an isosceles triangle with straight lines extending from it.
I like it because it gives a more "big" impression than the north.
The photo was taken from "Mt. Fuji Juku no Mori" in Gotemba. There are activities that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, such as park golf and forest adventures.
③ Mt. Fuji seen from the west
The eroded valley called "Osawa Kuzure" has a distinctive shape. The hollowed-out shape is wild.
On the west side, you can see grasslands and open views, such as popular campsites "Fumotopara" and "Makai no Ranch".
The photo was taken from the "8th Line Entrance Bus Stop", which is also known as "the bus stop with the best view of Mt. Fuji in Japan".
④ Mt. Fuji seen from the south
Finally, here is Mt. Fuji seen from the south.
Many people have probably seen it from the Tokaido Shinkansen.
The distinctive feature is the small protruding mountain called "Hoeizan" on the right.
The photo was taken from the industrial area of Fuji City. Fuji City is famous for its factory night views, and there are even chartered trains that run on a special schedule with the lights turned off.
〇Other
The cover photo is of Mt. Fuji seen from "Ishiwariyama" near Lake Yamanaka, northeast of Mt. Fuji.
It took about an hour for an adult to reach the summit.
After climbing, we recommend going to a hot spring near Lake Yamanaka♪
Everyone, please go and find your favorite Mt. Fuji spot♪
