Do you know about the light-up event that takes place every summer in Enoshima?
In this post, let me introduce you to the "Enoshima Lanterns" 😳
---〖What is the "Enoshima Lanterns"? 〗---
The "Enoshima Lanterns" is a summer tradition that takes place every year in Enoshima.
The purpose of the event is to revive the area in the summer, and in 2023 it will be held for the 16th time 🎆
The venues are:
・Enoshima Shrine Hetsumiya
・Enoshima Shrine Nakatsumiya
・Enoshima Shrine Okutsumiya
・Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden
・Enoshima Sea Candle
・Oiwaya Street
・Enoshima Iwaya
It is held throughout Enoshima.
The island is decorated with 1,000 lanterns of various sizes,
and the gentle light illuminates Enoshima👍🏻 ́-
This time, we will pick out and introduce
・Enoshima Shrine
・Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden
・Enoshima Sea Candle
🫶
---〖Enoshima Shrine〗---
The grounds of Enoshima Shrine
highlight the beauty of Enoshima Shrine with lanterns and projection mapping.
Enoshima Shrine Hetsumiya is decorated with
wind chimes made of white shells,
playing a cool tone.
Here are my personal recommendations 🐚
---〖Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden〗---
Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden has an admission fee, but if you come to the Enoshima Lanterns, it's a must-visit place 🚶♀️
Just to the right of the entrance is Enoshima Shadow Art Square.
There is a large shadow art play area, and you can try out shadow art!
Everyone was taking photos in various poses📷✨
Also, near Enoshima Kagee Square,
lanterns depicting the story of the legend of the heavenly maiden and the five-headed dragon, "Ejima Ryokuki," which is passed down in Enoshima, are displayed🏮
From Miami Beach Square, located in Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden,
you can get a panoramic view of the night view of Fujisawa🏙
---〖Enoshima Sea Candle〗---
Inside Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden,
there is Enoshima Sea Candle🚶♀️
On the way to this Enoshima Sea Candle,
colorful cloth flutters in the wind,
making it a photogenic place💜❤💙💚💛
Enoshima Sea Candle is an observation lighthouse.
It looks like a candle and is cute 🕯
In front of Enoshima Sea Candle, there is also a miniature version of Enoshima Sea Candle, so please try to find it 👏
---[Summary]---
In this post, we introduced "Enoshima Lanterns".
The atmosphere is completely different from daytime Enoshima. Enjoy a wonderful time at night at Enoshima.
