The fish is so fresh🐟!! My favorite is the fluffy pancake-like dish made from grated white fish called brandade✨It was topped with prosciutto and was really delicious🍽
The meunière was flounder, and it was thick😳The sauce was also really good~✨
The carpaccio was also flounder, and it was fresh and crunchy😋
The beef cheek stewed in red wine came apart just by lightly adding a spoon✨
Everything was just delicious🙏
