During my trip to Fukuoka, I suddenly craved pasta for lunch and stumbled upon a very stylish restaurant 🥰
This is apparently the third establishment by the owner of a popular Japanese izakaya 😳

▶︎ HOT Tomato Cream…1,450 yen
▶︎ Seafood Squid Ink…1,800 yen
▶︎ Yellow Yuzu & Prosciutto Lemon…1,680 yen

As the name suggests, the pasta here is all about the sauce, and they serve it generously 🎶
I made sure to enjoy every last bit by dipping the set baguette into the sauce 😋
Not only the sauce but the noodles were also exceptional—chewy and delicious even when cooled ♡
Personally, I loved the Tomato Cream the most 🎶
The Vongole had an impressive amount of clams, and the Squid Ink was also delightful ❣️
The Prosciutto Lemon seemed light but turned out to be the heaviest dish 😅
Adding their homemade seasoning (Yuzu Pepper Oil) made it even more delicious 🙌
The interior of the restaurant was also stylish and very pleasant 🥰
