A super popular place to visit in Georgetown Penang and this is the Chew Jetty. You can visit the nice and clean foodcourt nearby Chew Jetty and it is open until late. It is open air but sheltered food court style and there are many different hawker stalls selling food in the same area. There are many popular stalls here and there are always queues here too. Come here with a few people then you can order more food to share.
