Dropped by a well-known stall along Jalan Burma around 5PM and had their famous Duck Blood Curry Mee. It arrives in a pale, white broth - mild at first glance - until you stir in the red chili paste and the whole bowl comes alive with heat and depth. Springy noodles, tender duck blood, and that addictive mix of creamy and spicy - an absolute standout.

Also tried the Chicken Rice and a simple bowl of Porridge. The chicken? Tender and flavourful, no frills needed.

The kind of meal that doesn’t shout, just quietly wins you over.

Travel Tip: Swing by in the late afternoon to avoid the dinner crowd and still catch everything fresh.
