Sanxingdui Travel Guide: Don't miss it!

[Introduction]:
Sanxingdui Museum is located on the bank of the Yazi River in Guanghan City, Deyang City, Sichuan Province. The site covers an area of 12 square kilometers, and the city site covers an area of 3.6 square kilometers. The cultural accumulation of the site has continued from the late Neolithic period to the early Western Zhou Dynasty, about 4,500–2,900 years ago. It is a site of ancient cities, ancient countries, and ancient Shu culture with a relatively rich distribution in southwest China.
🕘 [Opening hours]: The museum opens at 8:30 am and closes at 5:00 pm. Don't go too early, as there will be long queues for ticket inspection if you go too early. Generally, there are no long queues after 9:30 am.
💴 [Ticket price]: CNY 72/adult, CNY 36/student, free for children under 1.3 meters and seniors over 60 years old.
[Guide reservation]
1. Queue up on site to reserve an official guide in the museum/electronic guide in the museum (buy tickets by yourself).
2. In-depth explanation by a licensed tour guide from a travel agency (reservation is required at least 5 days in advance, and tickets are reserved and purchased through the travel agency group channel). No need to make an appointment, you can make an appointment in advance and listen to the explanation at the appointed time.

1. Direct bus to the scenic spot (CNY 25/person) departs from the panda's buttocks under IFS Chunxi Road (about 85 minutes).
2. Didi (about CNY 120, about 75 minutes)
3. (High-speed rail) Chengdu East–Guanghan North Station, CNY 18/person, 18 minutes, and then take a taxi for about 15 minutes to reach Guanghan North.
4. Self-driving: You can directly navigate to the parking lot of Sanxingdui Museum. It takes about 75 minutes to drive from Chengdu.
👉 [Itinerary]: It is recommended to visit the restoration center first, and spend 5–10 minutes to see the work scene of the staff restoring cultural relics. Then go directly to Exhibition Hall 3 on the second floor to take photos 📸, take photos of important cultural relics such as the bronze sacred tree, and then listen to the explanation with questions.
🧡 [Preparation]: You can get hot water in the museum, so you can bring your own thermos cup, power bank, and ID card. Since you need to compare your face with your ID card when checking tickets, you must book tickets in advance!
