🥢 Har Gow (虾饺): Crispy shrimp, thin and chewy skin. It is the most basic of the basics, but it is completed differently.

🐷 Char Siu Bao (叉烧包): Soft buns filled with sweet and salty barbecue pork. There is really a lot of filling.
