Guangzhou|Cantonese Opera Art Museum

Lizhiwan Phase III is divided into north and south banks. The south bank houses the main exhibition hall, theme exhibition halls, a theater, and a garden area, while the north bank houses supporting areas dedicated to the preservation and inheritance of Cantonese opera.

Garden Area:
Comprising a complex of buildings modeled after ancient Lingnan gardens, the buildings are arranged along a cross-shaped framework, circling the central Wansha Lake. Six gardens are interspersed throughout, each interconnected yet relatively independent.

Exhibition Hall:
The main exhibition hall features the "Southern Red Beans, Cantonese Melody" exhibition, divided into four sections: "A Long History," "Red Bean Fragrance," "Red Boats Overflowing with Color," and "Sailing Across the Sea of Art."

Guangfu Stage:
The only purely wooden structure within the museum, it is decorated with large brick carvings depicting the classic Cantonese opera play "The Six Kingdoms' Grand Enthronement Ceremony." The stage hosts weekly Cantonese opera performances, showcasing the artistic characteristics of Cantonese opera.
