💖For my husband's birthday, we wanted to enjoy a meal in a luxurious and well-organized atmosphere, so we visited the Sapporo Pyeongchon Branch. The seating was in private rooms, allowing us to dine quietly and privately. The overall upscale ambiance made it perfect for celebrating a special occasion.

The menu I had was the 'Fuyu Course,' which left a strong impression with its balanced composition and elegant plating. Starting with appetizers, followed by sashimi, tempura, main dishes, and dessert, the course allowed us to enjoy each dish at a leisurely pace. Above all, the freshness of the ingredients was unmistakable.

The sashimi was clean and not fishy, and the tempura was well-prepared without being greasy. The course ended with a satisfying main dish, leaving us thoroughly content.
