Halong Bay, a World Heritage Site accessible from Hanoi in northern Vietnam, is a fantastical bay dotted with over 1,600 limestone rock formations.
The scenery is also called "Guilin on the sea" and has a tranquility and beauty that makes you feel like you've wandered into another world.
In 1994, it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is now a major tourist spot in Vietnam!
