Busan's Min Kyu Pork Soup Rice

엄용백 돼지국밥 (Eom Yong Baek Pork Soup Rice) became incredibly popular after SEVENTEEN member Min Kyu visited the restaurant.

If you visit early in the morning, there's no need to wait in line. They offer four types of pork soup rice, allowing you to choose the broth's richness and the ingredients in the soup according to your preference. This time, I tried their signature pork soup rice, topped with a generous amount of green onions. The meat was tender and juicy, not dry at all, and it included some offal. Having a bowl in the morning was truly comforting, and there was absolutely no porky smell!
