Gomtang soup, similar to seolleongtang, is a simple dish made by simmering beef and innards for a long time.

The gomtang soup at this restaurant is cloudier than regular gomtang, rich yet light, and incredibly delicious. 😋💕

Condiments are provided at your seat, so you can season it to your liking. It's even more delicious when paired with the accompanying kimchi and kakutaku. ‼︎

The kimchi and kakutaku were also incredibly delicious. 👌

You can also enjoy mentaiko, a side dish rarely found in Seoul!

I had it with makgeolli, and it was a perfect match! ♪ lol
