Handcrafted pearl artistry

During our trip to Halong Bay, we were brought to visit the Ha Long Pearl where they rear mussels and cultivate exquisite pearls. They gave us a tour around the farm and we got to witness how they picked the pearls, refined them with tools and crafted them into the perfect shapes and textures ready for use. These skilful master craftsmen then transform these pearls into one-of-a-kind jewellery. I was amazed at the whole process and gained respect for the people who do this incredible works of art.
