The single item
"Beef cheese and melted ribs"
is the best👍

I enjoyed changing the flavor by putting "Bekkotama", a chewy egg yolk pickled in soy sauce, on the meat sushi🙆♀️

They use soy sauce that matches the meat,
and the rice is cooked in kelp broth,
and they have a lot of attention to detail☺️

They also have a wide selection of sake snacks and single dishes,
and the "Wagyu beef roll" with a soft bean paste was really delicious❤️
