During my trip to Fukuoka, I visited Hakata and heard that a wonderful restaurant I had visited before had relocated. I made a reservation in advance and paid a visit 🥰
This is an exclusive hidden Japanese cuisine restaurant with only 8 counter seats, operating on a reservation-only basis.
Supervised by Yuji Matsuo, the head chef of "Tsukuda," a two-star Michelin sushi restaurant in Karatsu.

First, I was captivated by the beauty of the chrysanthemum in the appetizer 🥹
Each small dish was prepared with great care and had a delicate flavor. I was especially impressed by the size and tenderness of the steamed abalone and the delicious liver sauce ✨
The dishware was also carefully chosen, featuring abalone-shaped pieces from Korean Karatsu pottery.
The combination of conger eel and fig was surprisingly harmonious❣️
The Saga beef steak was incredibly flavorful, with every bite filling my mouth with umami, leaving me feeling utterly happy ♡
As for the sushi, every piece was made with carefully selected ingredients. The sea urchin, my favorite, was generously portioned with large, luscious roe ♡
Considering the quality and variety, I was amazed at how reasonably priced the meal was. It was truly luxurious and every dish was exquisite 🥰
The sake pairing was also exceptional, with selections carefully chosen by a professional to perfectly complement the dishes 🍷
They even had "Nabeshima Daiginjo" from Saga's Fukuchiyo Brewery, which won the highest award, "Champion Sake," at the International Wine Challenge (IWC), one of the world's most prestigious blind tasting competitions❣️
The restaurant has a luxurious and serene atmosphere, and the service was impeccable, provided by the owner who won third place in Japan's Food and Beverage Service Grand Prix. I had a truly wonderful time 🥰
