[Hakone, Gora] A shop serving hearty tofu cutlets and flavorful coffee

I arrived an hour before opening and got a numbered ticket.

I spent the time until opening drinking coffee at the nearby COFFEE CAMP.

COFFEE CAMP is also very crowded at lunchtime, but there were still seats available at around 10am on this weekday.

Tamura Ginkatsutei is famous for its tofu katsu stew, made by sandwiching pork mince between custom-made silver tofu, deep frying it, and simmering it in a clay pot.

The sweetness of the onions and broth makes it delicious, goes well with rice, and warms the body.
