Hallstatt in Austria's Lake District - The World's Most Beautiful Town || Hallstatt is famous. This time in the Austrian Lake District, I visited St. Gilgen, Gosau, Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl, all of which were wonderful. However, I personally enjoyed the hike in Gosau the most. Hallstatt is worth visiting before 8 a.m., which is photogenic and free of tourists. Strolling through it is quite romantic. However, calling Hallstatt the most beautiful is a bit of an exaggeration; it's certainly beautiful in the morning.
