Damanong is an old street full of life at the foot of Wushan Mountain. This place has the "old-school" flavor of Hangzhou, with quaint buildings, bustling shops, and various special snacks, such as Youdunr and Dingsheng Cake. You must try them, every bite is a memory of Hangzhou.

After strolling around Damanong, go to a nearby teahouse, order a pot of Longjing tea, paired with some exquisite snacks, sit in the quaint teahouse, feel the slow life of Hangzhou, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea time, as if time has slowed down.

[YellowHeart] Afternoon: Climb the Chenghuang Temple and overlook Hangzhou [YellowHeart]
Starting from Damanong and walking up the mountain road, you will reach Chenghuang Pavilion. While climbing the mountain, you can enjoy the natural scenery and historical sites along the way. Climbing up the Chenghuang Tower, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Hangzhou, including the West Lake, Qiantang River, and the skyscrapers of Hangzhou. It is a great place to take beautiful photos.

After going down the mountain, stroll along the West Lake, find a spot near the lake, and quietly enjoy the sunset over the West Lake. The setting sun shines on the lake, the waves are sparkling, the willow trees sway in the wind, and the Leifeng Pagoda in the distance looks particularly spectacular in the afterglow of the setting sun. At this moment, all the fatigue disappears.

This is my third weekend trip to Hangzhou. The Wushan Scenic Area route has both the hustle and bustle of old Hangzhou and the beauty of nature and history. It’s perfect! [100]
