Our visit to Huagang Guanyu was an absolute delight, offering one of the best panoramic views of West Lakewith the iconic Pagoda standing majestically in the distance. The large pond, teeming with colourful koi fish and playful ducks,became our favorite spot—we spent ages watching them dart through the water and squabble over crumbs tossed by visitors. Willow trees draped gracefully along the banks, their reflections rippling on the lake's surface, while stone bridges and winding pathways added to the picturesque charm.
A practical bonus? The park features clean and accessible restrooms,a true lifesaver after hours of exploring West Lake’s vast grounds. Whether admiring the scenery, snapping photos of the pagoda’s silhouette against the sunset, or simply resting by the pond, Huagang Guanyu was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.
