For my trip to Hangzhou, I chose Conrad Hotel after seeing so many recommendations online and decided to give it a try! Located right by West Lake, you can reach the lakeside view with just a few steps outside - it feels like having your home right in the scenery. There are also numerous attractions nearby, like Broken Bridge and Su Causeway Spring Dawn, all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient.

🛀Excellent Wellness Facilities
I must talk about the hotel's wellness facilities. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills and strength training machines - I went there every morning to work out and break a sweat, which kept me energized all day. What surprised me most was the swimming pool - the water temperature was perfect, making swimming extremely comfortable. The poolside environment was quiet where you could hear the water and see the scenery outside, making me feel completely relaxed.

During check-in, I was touched by the hotel's attention to detail. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, helped with my luggage, and patiently introduced the hotel's various facilities. The bed in the room had the perfect firmness - lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud, and I slept soundly until morning. The toiletries in the room also smelled wonderful and left my skin feeling smooth after use. These little details really impressed me.

🌟Unforgettable Little Moments
There were some small incidents during my stay that left a deep impression. Once when I returned late, the front desk staff specifically reminded me to be careful on my way, making me feel as warm as being at home. Another time, I forgot to bring my charger, and the hotel staff immediately brought one to me without hesitation. This kind of thoughtful service truly moved me.

Finally, I'd like to share some tips. You must try the hotel breakfast - there's a huge variety with both Chinese and Western options, and I was always satisfied. Also, there are many great restaurants around the hotel, so you don't need to worry about finding places to eat if you want to go out. All in all, my experience at Conrad Hangzhou was extremely satisfying, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!
