Every summer, Gushan Park’s lakeside terraces transform into a Monet-worthy scene, where lotus leaves ("he ye") stretch like emerald parasols and pink blooms rise like delicate brushes dipped in paint. This is where Hangzhou’s literati once composed poetry under willow shadows.
