A Steel Pavilion at the top of a mountain ⛰

The Donglai Pavilion is at the top of Linping hill and part of Linping Park. This architectural masterpiece built in 2004 combines traditional and modern architecture. It’s one of the main attractions in Linping district on the northern outskirts of Hangzhou. If you’re a drone enthusiast, it’s a great spot to get some epic shots especially at sunset 🌅

I went there last weekend to snap some photos. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go to the back part of the pavilion due to some current renovation works (Sep 2022)

How to go ➡️ The hill is located between Qiushan Road 🚇 邱山station and Heyu Road 荷禹路 🚇 station. Either stations are fine. The north entrance is about 15 mins walk from Heyu Road 🚇 station.
