#Song Hong Business Lounge, Hanoi Airport Terminal 2, must go through immigration first. Look for the sign Gate 28 and walk to the right, you will see an escalator up to the 2nd floor, you will find the Lounge. The atmosphere inside is good, spacious, lots of seats, a variety of food to choose from, massage chairs, shower rooms, food will be refilled all the time, good service staff.
This time, we used the free 1 time/year privilege with Trip. When we finished booking the plane ticket, we pressed to select the lounge service and selected the airport to use the service. Then Trip will send us a QR code. When we use the service, show the QR code and plane ticket for the officer to scan. Very easy. Can use the service for 3 hours.
