🌸 Taiyuan Ancient City – Where the Phoenix Rests and Time Pauses 🌸

In the heart of Shanxi lies an ancient city more than 600 years old, built upon the thousand-year-old culture of Jinyang. This is Taiyuan Ancient City – where every brick and every roof tile carries the imprint of time.

Stepping through the city gate, you are greeted by walls stretching over 3.7 kilometers, curving gracefully like the wings of a phoenix spreading to welcome the sun. Inside, the Cross Street radiates in four directions, leading to landmarks such as the Confucius Temple, the County Office, and Wang Qing’s Mansion – each silently telling stories of the past.

More than a historical relic, the city also served as the filming location for the movie Full River Red. Within its solemn walls, gray-tiled roofs, and winding alleys, every corner feels like a cinematic frame, timeless and enchanting.
