Atmosphere/Location - Chapter Hotel and Residence Hat Yai is a newly opened hotel with two zones: a monthly rental room zone and a hotel zone. There are approximately three buildings: Buildings A, B, and C. The hotel is located in Building A, with parking available next to and below the building. Security guards are available. The reception desk is located on the first floor, where the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a sofa area in the lobby. The hotel's exterior is relatively new, with some minor renovations still underway. After checking in, the elevator is on the right. I booked a room on the 7th floor with two beds. The room was quite large and divided into two zones: a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The room has a modern condo-like feel. There are two comfortable 3.5-foot beds. Next to the beds is a TV and a small shelf. There's also a dressing table with a mirror, perfect for working. Next to the bed is a large mirror that lets in natural light. There's also a sofa. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and kettle. There's a dining table and a large sliding glass door that allows you to hang clothes out. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, and a hair dryer is provided.
The room is quite large, enough for four people. It's very new and clean, and there's a separate Wi-Fi hotspot in the room. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hat Yai.
This hotel is located near Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai, and the food court with numerous shops. It's also near the Sri Trang Food Center.

Average price per person: 1,200 baht per night for a room with two beds on weekdays.
