Atmosphere/Location - Ko Kiang is a noodle shop along the Sam Chai Canal, offering both pork and beef dishes. Parking is available right in front of the shop. The shop has a simple style, but it's bursting with flavor. Their main menu items are beef and pork noodles. You can choose from thin noodles, rice vermicelli, egg noodles, or wide noodles. They also offer a hot pot. The highlight is the hot pot. I ordered the beef noodle soup with offal. They serve fresh and stewed beef with meatballs. The fresh beef was incredibly tender and delicious, with large pieces. The stewed beef melted in your mouth. The meatballs were also delicious. Another bowl was the thin noodles with mixed beef, equally delicious. They also offer a set of grilled beef. I highly recommend this dish if you're visiting Hat Yai. It's incredibly delicious, with tender, fatty meat and a delicious dipping sauce.
