Nice atmosphere restaurant in the Velodrome

Odiel Bistronomy is a bistro restaurant located in Sport Vlaanderen Heusden Zolder Velodroom Limburg, a large indoor cycling track or velodrome in northeastern Belgium. The shop is large and beautifully decorated like a famous shopping mall, but the highlight is the surrounding scenery of natural forest trees. There are open-air seats to enjoy the view. The interior of the shop is decorated in a chic style with glass walls to see the outside view as well. The atmosphere is very good.

The food here focuses on European food, but there are also some fusion menus with Asian influences. For this meal, I ordered the following:

➡️ Scampi's Diablo

This is a Belgian dish consisting of shrimp cooked in a sauce made from fragrant butter, tomatoes and a little spicy bell pepper. The overall taste is mild. It goes well with pasta fried in olive oil and sour tomatoes.

➡️ Videe

This is a croques or hot sandwich with ham and cheese, served with vegetable salad.

In addition to the beautiful shop with a chill atmosphere, there is also a large parking lot in front. It is very convenient for those who drive past. There is also a racetrack nearby. It is quite interesting.
