Jade Emperor Pagoda - Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Jade Emperor Pagoda is a Taoist religious building in Ho Chi Minh City, built by the Chinese community in 1909.

It has been known since 1984 under the name Phuoc Hai Tu (meaning literally - "Temple of Fortune at the Sea"), which can now be seen in front of the entrance to the pagoda.

Among tourists, the attraction is often referred to as the "Turtle Pagoda", because near the pagoda you can buy a turtle and immediately release it into a small pond for good luck.

Opening hours: From 8:00 to 17:00 (every day).

Location: 73 Mai Thi Luu Street, Dakao ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
