For this year's Chinese New Year, we chose to visit a country that celebrates it as grandly as any other: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here, the festival is called Têt, or Lunar New Year, and it's a long holiday, similar to Songkran in Thailand.

And the Saigon Centre, a major shopping mall in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, is beautifully decorated for the New Year, featuring a red cat theme. It's a great place to stroll, shop, and take photos.
