Hoi An Ancient Town
Hoi An Ancient Town has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. It is located along the Thu Bon River. There are many ancient architectures built during the 16th - 17th centuries, including temples, shrines, pavilions, and mustard-yellow houses, making it a comfortable place to walk around. Cars are prohibited in this area.
Landmark: Japanese Bridge is a covered bridge, 18 meters long and 3 meters wide, spanning the Thu Bon River. It was built by the Japanese before being renovated several times. The roof is decorated with beautifully carved sculptures.
It is also beautiful at night, and there are many shops.
