Hokkaido Travel Plan, Japan

Review of an 11-day Japan trip during the autumn foliage season, featuring a road trip to admire the beauty of nature. The weather during the trip was pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 5-14°C, and the vibrant colors of the leaves were stunning. The highlight of the trip was experiencing snow, which added to the beauty and perfection of the journey.

Day 1: From New Chitose to Jozankei
- Pick up the car at the airport
- Take photos at the Moai Statues
- Jozankei Onsen
- Futami Tsuribashi Red Bridge
- Enjoy ramen at Dining Konno
- Stay at Jozankei Condominium

Day 2: From Jozankei to Sapporo
- Morning photo session around Jozankei village
- Kokusai Ski Resort
- Moerenuma Park
- Drive to Sapporo for shopping at GU
- Stroll around Susukino district
- Enjoy grilled meat at Yakiniku Gyu-Kaku
- Stay at Toyoko Inn Susukino

Day 3: From Sapporo to Sounkyo
- Ryusei Falls
- Explore and take photos in Sounkyo village
- Stay at Yumoto Ginsenkaku

Day 4: From Sounkyo to Teshikaga
- Lake Kushiro
- Lake Kussharo
- Takimi Bridge
- Lake Onneto
- Stroll around Teshikaga town
- Enjoy local grilled meat
- Stay at Teshikaga Hotel Misato

Day 5: From Teshikaga to Sounkyo
(Original plan was to stay in Kushiro, but after checking the live camera and seeing the first snowfall, we decided to drive back to Sounkyo)

- Stay at Ainu Lodge

Day 6: From Kamikawa to Furano
- Ryounkaku Onsen
- Daisetsuzan National Park
- Blue Pond

- Stay at Furano Natulux Hotel

Day 7: From Furano to Otaru
- Noboribetsu
- Lake Toya
- Drive to Otaru
- Stay at Stay’s Otaru

Day 8: From Otaru to Niseko
- Stroll along Otaru Canal
- Enjoy apple pie at LeTao
- Drive to Niseko
- Buy cheesecake at Milk Kobo
- Stop for coffee at Arabica
- Stay at Nikko Style Niseko Hanazono

Day 9: From Niseko to Hakodate
- Dine at Ekini Market
- Take photos at the Red Brick Warehouse
- Stay at Hakodate Royal Seaside

Day 10: From Hakodate to Sapporo
- Onuma Park
- Stop for photos at Jozankei again
- Arrive in Sapporo for shopping
- Enjoy grilled meat at Yakiniku Gyu-Kaku
- Stay at Quintessa Hotel

Day 11: From Sapporo to the airport
- Stop for photos at Sapporo TV Tower
- Return the car to Times Car Rental
- Head to the airport for the flight back to Thailand

This trip took place from October 16-26. Last year, we visited during the same period, but this year the temperature was noticeably colder, making the photo sessions even more enjoyable.
