Japanese all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of dishes and good value

I just finished eating all-you-can-eat with my mother last week, and today my friend said she wanted to eat Japanese all-you-can-eat. Of course, I chose my preferred Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant. Today I went to the Causeway Bay branch, which is bigger and more spacious. And the restaurant will update the menu from time to time, every time there will be a surprise 🤩 And I appreciate the most from order to serving, fast and efficient, and there will be no missing orders, worthy of praise!

There are so many kinds of food ~ sashimi, sushi, skewers, grilled items, tempura, one-piece dishes, creative dishes, cooked dishes, desserts and everything.

The buffet area consists of frozen seafood, soup, fried food, fruit, ice cream, candy, desserts and drinks, stir-fries.... In addition to soft drinks, there are also beer 🍻 sake 🍶 plum wine 🍸 and homemade cold brew tea.

The sashimi was fresh, the salmon and swordfish were plump, the scallops were fresh and sweet, the mussels and red mussels were refreshing, and the excellent red shrimp were huge and fresh. There are also thin-cut live standing fish, thinly cut very transparent, the meat is crisp, fresh, smoky and chewy.

The sushi rolls are exquisite, with must-try seaweed hand rolls, flower love, black truffle crab meat cheese soft shell crab roll, colorful mango curry shrimp roll, cheese eel roll, etc. The sushi here is small, you can try several different styles.

Must-try recommendation: Steamed scallops with golden garlic vermicelli, garlicky and delicious, smooth and juicy. The salt-grilled chicken wings are crispy and crispy, and the salt-grilled beef tongue is soft and not tough at all. The drunk bacon with flower wine is bouncy and crunchy, with a slight aroma of alcohol. There is also the royal grilled breast pigeon, very seasoned, crispy skin and tender meat. The nourishing flower gelatin stewed with fresh milk is so smooth and rich, so nourishing.

There are many choices for dessert, Haagen dazs ice cream is all you can eat 😋 Tofu, milk pudding, caramel compote...
