This Japanese cuisine is prepared by Japanese teppanyaki chef Matsu San, and features a seasonal special pan-fried halibut with black truffle sauce. The presentation and ingredients are all very thoughtful, and each dish is full of artistic style, very eye-catching!
Three appetizers
Tofu, eggplant, and smoked chicken in sesame bean sauce
Best Sashimi
Hamachi, Redfin, Prawns
The sashimi is very fresh and colorful, with abundant fish fat, sweet and fragrant. The peony shrimp is translucent and chewy.
Japanese seasonal oysters
The oysters from Iwate Prefecture are super large, plump and sweet with a slightly salty taste of the sea. A little spicy radish puree is added to make the taste more layered.
Fresh South African Abalone
Matsu San uses bonito soup and kelp to greatly enhance the flavor of the abalone. The fire is well controlled so the abalone is not overcooked or tough, and is very flavorful.
Chawanmushi
The surface is filled with salmon roe, and the steamed buns are filled with shredded wood ear mushrooms and truffle oil. The aroma is fragrant, leaving a lingering taste in your mouth, and the egg flavor is tender and smooth.
King Tiger Prawn
The shrimp meat is chewy and the sauce is based on shrimp paste, which is very rich and makes the shrimp meat more flavorful.
Wild cod
The fish meat is fried until golden, full of fat, soft and tender, and paired with the secret white clam sauce, the rich fish flavor is sublimated again
Teppanyaki Iberico Pork Shoulder with Vegetables
After the Kagoshima black pork shoulder is fried, the meat remains tender and not overcooked. It is very juicy and has a strong meaty flavor!
Iron Plate Fried Rice
Matsu San uses plum sauce and bonito broth to make fried rice. The rice grains are distinct and dry. Then add white rice fish and sakura shrimp to make the taste more delicious.
Miso Soup
Dessert
Tofu ice cream, can relieve the spiciness, moderate sweetness, sprinkled with a little crunchy and chocolate sauce on top
The restaurant has a high ceiling, a clean and comfortable environment, and the window seats have floor-to-ceiling glass, which is quite open. The waiter was also very attentive and polite, taking good care of us, and the whole meal was very satisfying!
