Flower viewing in an urban oasis

I visited Shing Mun Valley Park for the first time in early February. In addition to the national flower of Hong Kong people (the pink Somei Yoshino cherry in the photo), there are also various beautiful flowers, such as tricolor roses, hydrangeas (even brighter and more elegant than the colors in the Hong Kong Flower Show), dark and light purple jasmine, sunflowers, chrysanthemums and the yellow trumpet trees that bloom everywhere in spring. The gardeners take care of the garden very beautifully, unlike the chaos in the flower show. There is also a tranquil pond in the center of the garden. It is comfortable and cool to stay in it, which is refreshing.
