High value for money $380 Omakase 🍣🥢

I came for lunch today and chose the cheapest $380 Omakase to try. After choosing the set, the master started to prepare. First, we had tea bowl steamed rice.

▶️Chawanmushi
Tea bowl steamer is hot ☺️ The egg is very smooth, there are pure vegetables, salmon roe, salmon roe makes the steamed egg fresh.

▶️ 10 pieces of sushi 🍣
▪️Hokkaido Sashimi - Thick and fresh, with lime juice, black charcoal salt.
▪️ Golden snapper - fish skin boiled in boiling water, fish skin more tasty. There is yellow vinegar sauce on the face, the fish has a bite.
▪️ Peony shrimp paste, tuna fillet, salmon seeds - layered taste, peony shrimp paste is very sweet, salmon seeds are super fresh.
▪️ Deep sea pond fish - with onion fragrance, fish quality refreshing.
▪️ Oily fish - fresh and rich fish flavor, with grapefruit pepper more fragrant.
▪️Mackerel - Cooked in vinegar, white kombu, sesame, basil leaves on the surface.
▪️Silver squid - with grilled fish spring (minta) on the face, fish oil is very fragrant, very good!
▪️Tuna naked - with soy sauce stains, tuna fish flavor.

▪️ Hokkaido seaweed - very sweet and delicious.

▶️ Snapper soup and dessert
The bream soup is milky white, rich in fish flavour, with tofu and mushrooms.
For dessert, I chose sesame ice cream.

For this price, the package is quite rich. The sushi is fresh and good value for money😍
