🐮Eat fresh and carefully made castrated beef brisket|Chao beef brisket

#Playful Traveler

This shop in Wan Chai specializes in beef brisket and is very famous. The restaurant specializes in beef bone broth that is boiled for 18 hours every day and served with fresh beef brisket. It also has limited and precious castrated beef noodles. Although I didn’t have the chance to try it this evening, the quality of other dishes is very good.

✨Curry beef brisket rice $66
The beef tendon and brisket are large and tender. The beef tendon is cooked soft and smooth with rich gelatin. The homemade curry has a stronger turmeric flavor. It is thick and a bit spicy. It also comes with large pieces of potatoes. The taste is delicious and goes well with rice. The portion is large and the price-performance ratio is high.

✨Pork trotter tendon rice noodle in clear soup $70
🐷The pork trotter tendon is soft and chewy, rich in collagen and very nutritious. The radish is very sweet and tasty. 🍜The rice noodles are smooth enough. Paired with the sweet and non-greasy beef bone soup, adding a little chopped green onion is already a simple and ultimate delicacy. 😋

✨Shrimp wonton $48
Fresh shrimp wontons are made fresh daily in the restaurant. They are packed with fresh shrimp and pork. They are just the right size and very plump and chewy. They have the taste of fish powder and are even more delicious when dipped in a little chili oil.

✨Lettuce $18
The lettuce is so green and tender. It is sweet and delicious when cooked with clear soup without oyster sauce.

✨Drinks
Drinks can be added at a discounted price. I ordered Prunella Vulgaris and iced lemon tea. The iced drink is big enough. It would be even better if the restaurant had its own herbal tea.
