Tryst: A Romantic French Restaurant in Sheung Wan

Tryst, located in Sheung Wan, is a French restaurant that immediately catches your eye with its charming facade😍. The interior decor is predominantly wooden, creating a European romantic dining atmosphere💐🕯️. It also has a touch of vintage charm, making it a perfect spot for celebrations or dates❤️. (The staff mentioned that the decorations are all antiques🫣). Additionally, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the best part is that there's no additional service charge👏🏻.

The beef tartare is fresh and tender, melting in your mouth🤤. The accompanying egg yolk sauce adds an extra layer of flavor😋.

We ordered the steak medium rare, and it was tender and smooth🥩. Paired with melt-in-your-mouth foie gras, creamy mashed potatoes, and rich truffle sauce, each bite offers a satisfying blend of textures😍.

This is one of the options on the Special Menu✨. The monkfish is delicate and firm, with excellent seasoning☺️.

🤍Paris Brest (HKD120)
The choux pastry is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with rich hazelnut cream. It's flavorful without being overly sweet😚.

🤍Madeleine (HKD120)
The madeleine is slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a strong buttery aroma. It's perfect with hot tea🫖🙌🏻.

We initially wanted to order the 100 Days Grain Fed Prime Rib from the Special Menu, but the portion was too large, so we decided against it. However, the chef kindly gave us a small piece to try🤩. The meat was tender and juicy, absolutely delicious🥰.
