After returning from Hangzhou, I particularly like to eat Chinese food. There happened to be this exquisite Huaiyang and Shanghai cuisine restaurant near the company. I came here at lunch time. The atmosphere was particularly good. The restaurant was a different world. I walked in along the corridor and found that the restaurant had a huge sense of space. It adopted a unique courtyard style design. The seats in the private rooms were very elegant and comfortable to sit in.
🔹Crab roe fried pot stickers
This season happens to be crab season, and a series of crab dishes will dazzle you. We chose the relatively rare crab roe fried pot stickers. When they were served, we saw that the pot stickers were plump. When we picked them up, we saw that the other side had been fried to a golden brown. The plump skin was filled with juicy pork and golden crab roe. The freshness of the crab roe came with a bite. Eating one piece is equivalent to eating two pieces normally~
🔹Local sweet and sour spare ribs
The spare ribs do not have too much fat, and the first thing you smell is the distinct meaty aroma. The slightly burnt edges are covered with a layer of sweet and sour sauce, and the vinegar aroma is more prominent, and it goes well with rice.
🔹Scallion oil abalone slices noodles
As a famous Shanghai dish, the noodles are already fragrant when they are stirred, the sauce is sweet so it doesn’t feel too heavy when you eat it, the noodles don’t stick together and are very chewy, with the aroma of green onions but not greasy. I recommend it.
🔹Seafood hot and sour soup
The hot and sour soup is quite filling, with chewy shrimp meat and full of freshness. The taste is a little more sour than spicy, and you can add some pepper to enhance the flavor.
🔹Boiled pork with salted pork
The portion is huge! The Chinese cabbage was cooked very soft and tasty, and the bacon brought enough flavor to the cabbage, making the soup very delicious. It was just right to eat it after eating the spare ribs.
🔹Lanmei Osmanthus Pudding
The strong osmanthus fragrance has a sour plum flavor, the soft and glutinous lagao has a good chewiness, and is not too sweet overall, making it a perfect match with tea.
🔹Osmanthus wine meatballs
There are many chewy and glutinous meatballs in a bowl. The taste of fermented glutinous rice is very distinct, and it tastes sweet and refreshing. It also has a piece of orange flesh to increase the sourness and is delicious.
