The sushi is delicious.

I went to Sushi Yui in Causeway Bay to eat 🍣, and I was surprised by the high quality of the food at such an affordable price. The value for money is excellent!

First, regarding the sushi, the fresh ark shell was very fresh and had a crunchy texture; the salmon was rich in fat and melted in the mouth; the pen shell had a unique texture, being both crunchy and chewy; the Japanese-imported red sea bream belly was rich in fat and had a strong fish flavor, truly worth the price! The yellowtail was also quite fresh; the jumbo scallops were large and thick, with a sweet taste.

The four-piece toro sushi platter had evenly distributed fat, with the otoro being very fatty and delicious 🤤 and the chutoro also being excellent! The akami and the minced tuna gunkan were both of high quality.

Each of us ordered a soft-shell crab hand roll, which was fried to a golden crisp and was very tasty 😋. For rolls, we chose the breaded shrimp roll, which had crispy shrimp and a light batter, making it quite delicious overall.

For appetizers, the seasoned whelk was large; the Tosa tofu was smooth and tender; the beef tongue skewer was very chewy and perfectly seasoned!

Overall, the quality of the food at this sushi restaurant is quite high, with fresh ingredients and great flavors!
