After being introduced by the best friend of Tsuen Wan neighbors 😛, my father took me to have hot pot🍲. First of all, the environment is quite spacious, comfortable to sit, perfect for hot pot chatting👯.

For the soup, I ordered the Five Finger Peach Coconut Chicken Soup ($198)🥥🐔, and as soon as it was served, I could smell the super fragrant coconut🥥. The chicken pieces are smooth enough 👍🏻, I suggest you can drink the soup at the beginning 🙂↕️, quite sweet and very comfortable after drinking the throat😚.

Beef is a must when having hot pot🐮, this Da Hong Pao Beef Trio ($368) is a must order😝! There are three different parts, each with its own characteristics😙, the fat distribution is beautiful in every bite👍🏻. I also ordered fresh beef root balls ($88), which were juicy enough for two people, but a dozen for two people was a bit too much😂.

🦪 Barrel oysters ($168) are all large and do not shrink very much after rolling 🙂↔️. 🐟Crispy Catfish Bone Brisket ($98) is quite surprising, the fish fillet is crispy enough 🙂↕️.

Personally, besides beef 🐄, my favorite is this three-piece dumpling ($138)🥟. Black truffle crab meat dumplings burst into the filling🦀, there are also leek dumplings and fresh shrimp dumplings🦐, all of which are big and full of ingredients😋. Pork leg glutinous rice ($58 for half) is super soft and glutinous after cooking longer, and the collagen is missing 😚.

The soup is so clear and sweet, of course we have to boil some vegetables. Oil wheat vegetables ($42)🥬, at the end of the vegetable is healthy and relieve stagnation😛.

🍻 For drinks, the salted lemon seven ($28) is enough to relieve the thirst😗, and there is also hand-brewed lemon tea ($28)😎. Dad always orders Blue Girl Beer ($38) every time he eats, and there's also an ice-cold glass that's so courteous🧊.
