I haven’t had any holiday to fly to Korea this year, but I missed Korean food very much. My friend immediately invited me to Ssal Bori Ssal in Korean Street in Tsim Sha Tsui. Their decoration is like that of a Korean restaurant, and the Korean posters on the wall give it the atmosphere of a Korean food stall. In addition to serving a variety of authentic Korean dishes, this restaurant also offers a variety of Makgeolli flavors.

𓊕 Seafood pancake
Seafood pancake is a must-order recommendation here! It is fried until golden and crispy, and very delicious. The pancakes are mixed with a lot of assorted seafood such as shrimps and squids, and have a very rich taste.

𓊕 Egg Rolls
This egg roll has a soft and fragrant texture, and contains cheese, which is very delicious.

𓊕 Braised pork soup rice
The stewed pork soup rice is relatively light, and the waiter will serve three kinds of seasonings: salted fish, pepper and hot sauce, and customers can season it themselves. But the pork portion is large and goes very well with rice.

𓊕 Orange Makgeolli
The store has a variety of different Makgeolli options. We ordered Jeju citrus raw rice wine. The citrus flavor is not very prominent, but it is sweet and easy to drink overall. The specialty here is that rice wine is served in yellow aluminum wine jugs and wine bowls, which gives it an authentic Korean flavor.
