Junlan Bakery in Tsim Sha Tsui Offers Great Value

This time, I want to introduce a bakery located on B2 floor of K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui called "Junlan Bakery." I've tried Junlan Bakery before, and now at K11, they are going for a high-end route. They add new elements to nostalgic styles, such as pandan-flavored cream cones, pistachio jam in croissants, salted egg and pork floss flavored cookies, and more. Unlike typical traditional bakeries, this is very attractive to young people or those who like to try new things. If you often visit K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, be sure to give it a try!

1. Hong Kong-style Peanut Cookies (9/10)
2. Hong Kong-style Chocolate Sauce Cookies (9/10)
3. Hong Kong-style Salted Egg and Pork Floss Cookies (9.5/10)
This bakery offers a total of 5 cookie flavors, priced at $20 per 100g. I chose 3 flavors: Hong Kong-style Peanut Cookies, Hong Kong-style Chocolate Sauce Cookies, and Hong Kong-style Salted Egg and Pork Floss Cookies. After weighing, the total was $21.2, with 8 cookies in total across the three flavors. The Hong Kong-style Chocolate Sauce Cookies and Salted Egg and Pork Floss Cookies are very crumbly when bitten into. The chocolate sauce is not too sweet, and the salted egg and pork floss flavor is quite special and delicious. The Hong Kong-style Peanut Cookies are crunchier with a rich peanut flavor!

4. Mango Pudding $18 (9/10)
This mango pudding is very fragrant and smooth. When shaken, the pudding moves nicely. In the middle, you can even see mango chunks. Not bad!

5. Tiramisu $22 (9.5/10)
This tiramisu has a slightly bitter chocolate flavor, which I estimate to be over 70% cocoa. After eating, it doesn’t feel heavy at all and is very tasty!

6. Pandan Cake $24 (10/10)
This pandan cake is very soft with a subtle pandan flavor. Highly recommended for everyone to try!

7. Pandan Cream Cone $10 (9.5/10)
Cream cones are becoming rarer in bakeries, but here they add pandan-flavored cream. It has a light pandan taste. Usually, when eating a cream cone, the cream is gone halfway through, but this one still has cream all the way to the end. Truly authentic!

8. Pistachio Large Croissant $28 (10/10)
This large croissant is crispy on every layer, filled with plenty of pistachio jam. Every bite is full of pistachio flavor. Highly recommended to buy!
