Central Premium Steakhouse Recommendation for Celebrating the Holidays



During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it happened to be a friend's birthday, so we went to Porterhouse in Central. It has moved from the 7th floor of California Tower in Central to the 24th floor above. The new location is higher and bigger, and the lighting is also better. The restaurant’s new decor is more elegant and comfortable, and there are magic shows on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, giving you a chance to interact closely with the magician.

Salmon Crude
The salmon is very fresh, paired with mulberry and mayonnaise, giving a slightly sour taste that is flavorful and appetizing.

Shellfish Cappuccino
A very special dish that turns seafood soup into a cup of cappuccino. It contains lobster meat, which is very chewy, and the soup is rich and creamy. Both visually and in taste, it’s top-notch.

Ribeye & Striploin
For the beef, we ordered Ribeye and Striploin. The Ribeye is rich in fat and flavor, tender to eat. The Striploin also has a strong beef flavor, with thick and chewy meat. Trying both Ribeye and Striploin at once lets you enjoy different textures, fat content, and flavors—a true double delight.

Yuzu Cheese Cake
Yuzu is sweet and sour, refreshing and light, paired with a creamy cheesecake. The two flavors complement each other perfectly.

Sour Plum Cocktail & Lilly Lychee n Fizz
We tried two unique cocktails. The first, Sour Plum Cocktail, tastes like sour plum soup, starting off sweet and sour, then gradually revealing the flavors of gin and whiskey—very special. The other, Lilly Lychee n Fizz, is a typical lychee-flavored sparkling cocktail, sweet without a strong alcohol taste, and pink in color, very girly.
