After such a hard day at work, you deserve to eat well after finishing😬😬
I arranged to meet a friend for food near Hysan, searching floor by floor downwards. At B2/F, I saw a very eye-catching decoration covered with green plants and an oval-shaped bar counter. It turned out to be a restaurant specializing in oysters and Western cuisine. They have a Serviced Dining Area, and I personally found it quite special to watch the chefs prepare and handle fresh oysters. The bar counter was surrounded by oysters on display, which was pretty nice, so I decided to sit at the countertop seats!
Since I came all the way here, I had to try the oysters. The menu offered 4 different monthly oyster varieties. I finally chose the 45 months (lighter with less intense seawater flavor) and 54 months (more salty seawater taste, creamier) types.
For main courses, I ordered one signature dish and one new signature dish:
Signature Dish: Canadian Lobster Linguine - The Italian Style Signature Dish 🦞
New Signature Dish: Roasted herb-marinated 1/2 Three Yellow Chicken 🐔
The lobster meat was firm and fresh, not off or moldy, with a nice shrimp flavor, definitely worth praising👍🏻. The linguine was well coated with sauce, with a normal but good flavor.
The Three Yellow Chicken was roasted; I originally thought the meat would be dry, but when cut and tasted, it was tender, not dry or tough, very tasty😋. However, the sauce served was a bit little; it would be best if the kitchen could provide more sauce (I personally like to eat with plenty of sauce😬).
Although sitting at the countertop, the staff proactively refilled water and gave food reminders when serving, which was good👍🏻.
