Kwai Fong's popular choice for queuing: a hot pot buffet with super premium ingredients

Yiguotang, Kwai Fong flagship store, right outside the MTR New Town Plaza, such a famous high-quality hot pot buffet restaurant. The interior is beautiful and spacious, with cool neon light decorations. There are welcome offers for members and regular monthly rebates like cash coupons, food vouchers, and time extension coupons—amazing! After choosing your meal and soup base, you take your seat.

The self-service area has an overwhelming variety, including lots of chilled seafood; the cold shrimp is very fresh. The buffet level is Encore-worthy several times over. They even have pig's trotters with ginger, many appetizers and small dishes, and the sesame oil spinach is delicious. There are also other cooked dishes available for ordering. The must-try coconut chicken soup base looks like golden soup, very comforting and tasty to sip, with tender chicken.

Because the beef was too tempting, we couldn’t resist going back for more! We chose the cheapest option, which still offered two choices. The beef was very flavorful, tender, and soft. The marbling was superb, with an extremely rich texture—very delicious.

Drinks include draft beer and a full range of teas.
There are six flavors of ice cream to choose from, each with an outstanding taste. Having a few scoops already makes it worth it.
